Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 6 pm IST should be received within 7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Shipping prices vary according to the location and are calculated at checkout.
Given the nature of our products, we do not offer a refund or replacement on a purchase.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: Sanitaz+ does take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although be assured that orders normally take much less than the promised time period. In case of a lost order, a refund will be initiated after the promised time period is complete.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery charges to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Courier does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your location during checkout to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
- Whether the courier ships to your location
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
On rare occasions, courier company may prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion. If the courier company refuses to deliver your order post-confirmation. In such cases, the amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days.
Does Sanitaz+ deliver internationally?
As of now, we do not deliver items internationally.
You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
